Breakfast was excellent. Spacious grounds out of town. Bonanza Brewery was decent fun. Pool area did have a resort feel about it

I loved the Spa, found out too late it had a hairdressers. I loved the Brewery.. The pool area is great. I also liked that as a leisure stay we weren't dominated by the business only guests. All the stay were very courteous and professional. Call out for the woman on reception who checked us in. And Gift, the evening waiter who looked after us.

I liked the location as it its not far from Lusaka but far enough to have a very pice-full lockation the general set up of the Hotel is very plesent

The property is located in a good location. The road is good and the property is vast with amazing views of Bonanza Golf Course.

The property is lovely if you’re looking for a night in Lusaka while traveling. The service is really good and the food was decent. It’s lovely to have the freedom to walk around the golf course too.

The staff were outstanding! Special mention to Elementa restaurant staff Chada and our amazing waitress, Thelma. The food was amazing and topped it all off with a wonderful massage in the spa.

Beautiful place with a great ambience and natural surroundings. Quality rooms. Very welcoming & helpful Staff during breakfast, especially the very tall man.

I did not have breakfast, because I was waiting for the receptionists st to coordinate with the Maintenance dept. To supply hot water to my room, it never happened. All I got was a a card from the Rooms Division Manager saying next time you come, ask for me. I live in England and come once a year. That was the only disappointing thing. Botanical was brilliant and the spa fantastic.
